Dan Immergluck‚Äôs research focuses on real estate markets, community and economic development and housing policy, including subprime lending and foreclosures, diversity and gentrification, and impacts of tax increment financing. He has worked extensively with policy research groups, community development corporations, and public- and private-sector organizations at all levels of policymaking and planning. His most recent book is Foreclosed: High-risk Lending, Deregulation, and the Undermining of America’s Mortgage Market (Cornell University Press, 2009)
